BackPV DC SPD - Type 1+2 and Type 2

This series provides a wide operating continuous voltage from 100 Vdc to 1500 Vdc, which fully matches the IEC 61643-32 and covers most of the system requirements.


Easy replacing and anti-vibration by modular releasing and locking design, even if the impact of transportation vibration and current discharge will not lead to the module loose, and replacement of the module is tool free. The ingenious design of Anti-arc technology with large arc extinguisher provides the fast heat conduction by the low-temperature solder joint, and the large creepage distance (> 10 mm) after the disconnection, which greatly improving the tripping sensitivity and reducing the fire risk. The visual status indication of the local red and green window and the remote signaling alarm of the floating switching dry contact effectively indicates the working status of the SPD, providing a user-friendly maintenance interface.


Variety of installation methods for options, including PCB mounting with base and without base, and or DIN rail, ease the job in different scenarios.


PTG PV DC SPDs are used in accordance with the requirements of IEC 61643-32 and are usually installed in LPZ 0B-2.
